The label was founded in 1995 by Jeff Solorio and John Juniper, two life-long friends united by design and photography. Dita's aim is to "reinvent eyewear transcending its conventions, creating a discreet luxury with product ranging from bold character frames to new interpretations of timeless shapes through innovative technology". Dita's design and manufacturing standards are the benchmarks by which all other high-end brands are judged.
